@royaltyviet well i did this one, their jump rope, and their day one swim suit wrk out. but i bought i jump rope nd i did it to the video like two to three times a day. it took me almost two months though becuz i wasnt wrking or going to school so i was at home not doing much only the exercise nd watching what i eat. but i worked out everyday though.

I love all your vids! I’m an avid runner and into martial arts. Over the years I’ve developed a bad back and your videos are gentle enough on the back yet wil hard enough to get you heart pumping and make u sweat. Keep the videos coming!!

@Infamouspirate10 Sweat is not an indicator of workout intensity–just body warmth. Heart rate is the key factor for aerobic benefits like calorie burning.

i lost 10 lbs on spark people. . . . . . i dieted and did couple of their cardio wrk out on here!!! i love spark people. . P. S. i av 10 more lbs to go! but im having a hard time getting rid of it i guess my body has gotten use to the type of exercise am doing but am not giving up though!
