I am currently watching the old re-runs of the Galloping Gormet, he is cooking Poulet Farci Trufiere. Yummy, I will try that dish. He is shows are great. Glad to see him back!

I think you could add more fruit with it instead of nuts; esoecially for those who have nut allergy like my brother-in-law.

Of course you can make this without nuts, but it’s not quite the same flavor, texture or nutritional value. Perhaps try using a variety of dried fruits that have been soaked a bit to make them easier to chew.

Is it ok to make this without nuts? There are some who can’t tolerate nuts. . . I have a nephew and a sister-in-law, for example, who are allergic to nuts. Thanx.
