Bodybuilding Supplements Guide Part 5 – NO2, BCAA’s, and Fat Burners.

By admin On September 1, 2010 Under Acai Berry in the News

www.LeeHayward.com To watch the previous parts of my supplement review guide click on the links below Part 1: www.youtube.com Part 2: www.youtube.com Part 3: www.youtube.com Part 4: www.youtube.com In this 5th video I’m going to focus on some more advanced muscle building supplements that you can use to help maximize your training and nutritional program and speed up your gains in the gym. But I’d recommend that you check out and use all the products that I mentioned in my previous 4 videos. Laying the foundation of essential supplements and proper nutrition is critical before moving on to the more “advanced” muscle building and fat burning supplements that I cover here.

Lee, thanks again for another great video. I’m wondering though, how exactly do you personally train for fat loss? I know cardio has to be increased and maybe calorie restrictions? What’s your personal philosophy on this?

Lee, thanks again for another great supplement review guide. I’m no expert when it comes to supplements, but I got to say, I really think most of those pre-workout drinks put tremendous stress on your kidneys and liver. After all, all those “proprietary blends” are composed of chemicals and synthetics that I’m sure our bodies have to work extra-hard to process. I notice that when I take those pre-workout drinks consistently, I tend to get bags under my eyes which is an. . .

i take the cheap walmart mass gaining protein for muscle gaining. its like 620 calories with 48 grams of protein per scoop, but it’s like 80 grams of sugar. that’s ok right? i take only 2 scoops of this stuff with 2% milk after my workouts, is that ok too? or do you recommend to take 4 full scoops for gain?

@tnt905 im pretty sure its just banned in the states and if not i know its highly regulated due to its cousin pseudo-ephedrine which is used to make methamphetamines but yeah, you cant buy huge amounts anymore its only a limit to one bottle per customer 8mg tabs and 50 of them for 15 bucks

@dmahon1980
Everyone has different tolerance levels, some people get the jitters from a cup of coffee, others can handle more caffeine. The only thing I can say is use your own discretion on this. But for a short term hardcore fat loss phase I find the above combo very effective.

@arsenalmanic
Everyone has an opinion and these videos are just my opinion. But obviously not everyone is going to share the same view.

@hbs29
You’ll need to keep track of your bodyfat percentage as well as your bodyweight. That’s how you’ll tell if you are gaining mostly muscle or fat.

lee i am taking this new supplement called Muscle stack PFN from Red Bak. . . . It say that it is an anabolic growth hormone accelerator the taste of it isn’t that good and plus it’s got alot of Carbs in it aswell which i m concerned about i m training for muscle and weight gain right now n i have gained about 4kg’s in 5 weeks. . . . . .
so my question does this weight gain of mine include more fat than muscle??
I m 183cm and weigh 85 kg’s and want to goto my limit to see how much i can put in one year.

Good job mate on this 5 part series videos!!! Very Informative to the average joe like me. . . I was wondering if you can cover videos regarding the “last two weeks” prior to competition/ photoshoot. A detailed information on what’s what prior to reaching the ” FINISH LINE ” i. e. Carb depletion, carb loading, sodium loading etc. in a detailed two weeks day to day including nutrient timing, training frequency and method. . . THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE. . . .

@arsenalmanic It depends on the particular supplement in accordance to your goals and supplementation stack.

That said, I’ve used every mainstream N. O. supp and can attest to the literal, long-term (during on-cycles), noticeable gains N. O. supps can achieve.

My personal favorites include BSN’s N. O. Xplode, Gaspari’s Superpump 250, and MRI’s Black Powder.

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated nor sponsored by any of the previously mentioned company brands.

ive been told by some genuine supplement/nutritional experts, that N. O. supplements are just waste of money

@dmahon1980 I think it is a lot to use, but if you are a hardcore bodybuilder and there are no tests that show negative side effect and the product helps you then I think you take your chances. I dont, but I´m no competitive bodybuilder – I take protein as my only supplement.

@zombiekicker actually inmates in prisons eat all day from the food that they buy in the store they are only guaranteed one meal and it is not measured for nutrients??? plus they can’t even lift weights in most places now. .

@loverboy10688
The basic supplements I mentioned in my first 4 video are ok for teenagers, but save these ones I mention here for when you are older and more advanced.

@zombiekicker
If you watch the video again I specifically say these are “Advanced Bodybuilding Supplements”. That means they are not meant for everyone. This video was only made due to numerous requests for my feedback about these products. I’m only giving my followers what they asked for, which is my 2 cents worth. If you don’t like it, then I’m sorry.

@alex16guara
Well I haven’t tried shit before so I can’t really comment on that, but I agree that Horse Power isn’t the most pleasant tasting supplement, but it does work well.
